Our Community

Is nestled on 56 acres in a growing northeastern area of Lakeland, Florida. It is located near grocery shopping, a shopping mall, medical facilities, continuing education opportunities, dining, and employment. It is a community with one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. Each Resident enjoys the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom and a common space living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Comprised of cozy neighborhoods, the community’s homes face lush greenbelt areas. The front porches overlook a landscaped pathway system with benches for meeting with friends and neighbors, a tranquility area, and two screened gazebos. The paths are connected throughout the community and thoughtfully designed to encourage walking, jogging, and cycling for exercise and to facilitate socialization.

The Clubhouse is home to ROAR FLORIDA’s administrative staff and Royal American Management, our property management company. It is also a venue for many of our Residents’ activities and gatherings.

Clubhouse Reception is where our Residents register for activities and meals.

The DEN is a multi-purpose space where our Residents gather for dining, our Day DEN programs, activities, town hall meetings, parties, and other fun events.

Screened Porches are the perfect area for our Residents who love to gather here and spend time together.

Game Room offers a variety of interactive activities that can be enjoyed while Residents hang out with friends. Favorites include watching TV and challenging one another Play Station, Wii, Xbox, games, and more.

Pool Area gives every Resident the opportunity to cool off during the hot summer months and lets them enjoy this walk-in and wheelchair-accessible pool. You will find our Residents and their guests enjoying water sports and exercise through our fun water aerobics.

Additionally, other three-bedroom properties are part of an adjacent neighborhood to The Villages at Noah’s Landing and are within walking distance, giving access to the same amenities.
